Reservations: Upon the initial booking of your reservation, a Rental Agreement reflecting the terms will be sent by e-mail or United States postal service. Please read terms and conditions carefully, sign and return along with your initial rental payment within 10 days.

Payment Terms: To confirm your reservation, 50% of the total rental payment is due within 10 days of booking your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. 

Forms of acceptable Payment: Personal checks, certified funds, money orders, and paypal are accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made within 30 days in advance of your reservation. Reservation payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. If property is re-rented, guest will receive reimbursement of payments made. If the Cottage is not re-rented, the reservation payments will be forfeited.

Travel Insurance: The Owner does not provide the travel insurance but you may find the information about a general policy by visiting www.accessamerica.com

Check in/Check out:  Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 a.m.

No Pets:  Exceptions may be made but must be approved by owner. A non-refundable pet fee will apply. 

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside of cottage or screen porch, no exceptions. It is allowed outside of cottage only and you are responsible for cleaning up debris. If smoking occurs inside the home or close enough to the home that the smoke can be smelled inside the home, cleaning charges will apply.

Damage to the Premises: If damage occurs to the premises during your stay, charges will apply.

Cleaning: There is no extra charge unless we find evidence of smoking, pet damage, or excessive general cleaning. Please treat our property with with care and respect. 

Appliances: Please notify us if you find anything not working or not to your satisfaction. We will do our best to resolve the problem.

Lock Box: There is a lock box located outside of front door. Lock box code will be provided prior to your arrival. If a key is lost during your stay, please contact owner immediately and a new key will be issued.
